Terms and Conditions for Students/Parents
Welcome to Al Mustafa Quran Academy! By enrolling your child in our online Quran classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Enrollment:
- Enrollment in Al Mustafa Quran Academy is open to parents or legal guardians who wish to provide their children with online Quranic education.
- Parents are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided during the enrollment process.
Student Conduct:
- Students are expected to show respect, courtesy, and appropriate behavior towards their teachers and fellow students. b. Any form of disruptive or disrespectful behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or bullying, will not be tolerated.
Parental Responsibility:
- Parents or legal guardians are responsible for monitoring their child’s participation in online classes and ensuring their engagement and progress.
- Parents should provide a suitable learning environment and necessary resources for their child to effectively participate in the classes.
Intellectual Property:
- Al Mustafa Quran Academy retains all rights, title, and interest in the curriculum, course materials, and any intellectual property provided during the classes.
- Parents and students agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify the course materials without the prior written consent of Al Mustafa Quran Academy.
Privacy and Data Protection:
- Al Mustafa Quran Academy respects the privacy and confidentiality of personal information provided by parents and students. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Payments and Refunds:
- Parents agree to pay the applicable fees for the chosen courses in a timely manner as specified during the enrollment process.
- Our refund policy, as outlined in the separate Refund Policy document, governs the terms and conditions for any refund requests.
Technical Requirements:
- Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child has access to a compatible device, stable internet connection, and necessary software for attending the online classes.
- Al Mustafa Quran Academy is not responsible for any technical issues or limitations that may hinder the learning experience.
Limitation of Liability:
- Al Mustafa Quran Academy and its staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or any technical issues encountered.
